I had a great experience working with East Village Properties, and I especially want to thank Mary for everything she did. She was amazing throughout the entire process and always responded quickly to calls and text messages and going out of her way to make sure everything worked for us and met our needs. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated that the security deposit wasn't excessively high, which made choosing to rent with them much easier. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property management company! Also, I loved the little surprise gift we got at move-in. Some of the best cookies we've had, absolutely delicious!
Move in was extremely seamless. Even on a short 3 day notice, I was able to move in no problem. Very responsive and attentive to all matters as well. Best team I have worked with in the housing rental industry!
I had a very good experience renting with East Village and would definitely recommend them. They are very responsive, communicate clearly with tenants, and handle any issues quickly. Whenever something needed to be fixed, they arrange for a handyman to come within 24 hours, which I really appreciate. Their team is professional, helpful and easy to reach. Overall, I've had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental company!
